Dish top pistons in a 466 Ford engine will generally provide compression ratios in the 10.5:1 with an 72cc head range which makes them a good option for engines with aluminum heads and larger than stock camshafts. Available pistons are configured to work with most types of standard aluminum cylinder heads with OEM valve placement, SCJ/Kaase P-51, or AFR Bullitt, and will normally fit camshafts to slightly over .730 valve lift.
