VPE Vigilante 351W based shortblocks are based on the Dart SHP block and feature Probe 4.000 base bore SRS forged pistons, 4340 4.170 stroke forged steel crankshaft, which is internally balanced. 4340 Steel H-Beam rods are utilized with high performance engine bearings. Rings are boost and nitrous friendly with a Nitrided Steel top, Napier second ring set.
